No more remote access after adding a second server

Server Version#: 1.18.0.1944 (version of both servers)
Player Version#: 4.20.1

I was in the process of setting up a secondary Plex server and got to the point where I needed to enable remote access on it. I setup the second server on a different port based on port forwarding two servers section on the troubleshooting remote access page. During this I encountered an error of the second server not being able to reach the internet, but saying my port forwards were correct. When I switch back to my first server it was doing the exact same thing. I disabled any new port forwards that I added and disabled remote access on the second server, but the first server is still doing it. Short of updating plex (which I plan to try after submitted this) or deleting the second server, I’m at a loss as to how to fix this or even what’s causing this issue.

Both Sever have been updated to version 1.18.4.2171. It would appear part of the reason for lack of access was Xfinity’s Advanced Security flagged the remote access as a threat and was blocking it. So any issues with access have been solved for the first server. However, my router does not allow the configuration necessary to forward two different external ports to identical internal ports on different internal ips. So any suggestions on how to work around that?

Sounds odd that your router doesn’t allow it for different internal IPs. A different router may be in order.

That’s what I figured the answer would be, but I wanted to make sure there were no simpler workarounds built into Plex.
