No Picture on some movies

Hi,
a couple of movies play only sound and show a black screen. Those movies play perfectly fine on PMP or on PlexConnect/AppleTV3.

What can I do?

I tried different settings:

Setting Directly to Off and setting Direct Streaming to Off didn’t help. (Btw. the Plex Server keeps saying the client uses direct play even if “Allow Direct Play” is set to Off.)

Then I lowered the local Video Quality setting until the Plex Server starts to reencode. Now the movie plays with picture! But: My Plex media Server on a Synology 1815+ then starts pausing every couple of minutes because it has to reencode.

For the moment I will stay with the ApplyTV 3 and PlexConnect in the living room as that solution works for me, while the AppleTV 4 dosen’t.
