Doing a fresh install on a new Shield TV. I sign in with Plex and it’s SUPPOSED to prompt me to set up Plex Media Server. Instead it signs in, I uncheck that I don’t want to see news and podcasts, and then it dumps me at the empty main window. No option to install or configure Plex Media Server. No settings for PMS in the settings. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. I’ve reset the Shield to factory defaults (though I just took it out of the box two hours ago), and I have NO idea what to do at this point. Please help…this is absolutely infuriating as it should “just work” and isn’t.

Thanks for your information, but I’m not sure you understand. I’m loading Plex on an NVIDIA Shield. There are no files I should be modifying, especially on a fresh install on a brand new device.
