Cable Internet by Vodafone by any chance?

it’s cable internet from unitymedia, which is now Vodafone. Are they blocking something?
There seem to be issues with the Cable Fritzbox described in this thread:
The linked post is the direct fix for it (more a work-around).

Would an entry in the Plex FAQ with this article be a solution? This problem will probably affect more and more people, especially in Germany, as Vodafone now operates almost the entire cable internet.
Well it is a special case and seems to be only related to the combination of AVM cable routers and Vodafone cable internet. I myself operate the Vodafone modem in bridge mode in combination with an AVM DSL router (7590) and I face zero issues.
As you might have seen in the other thread, the user bwestpha is already in contact with AVM to resolve the issue.

Simply didn’t knew that, so we could have been going on for a long time here 
@Beckflix Do however still take care with two interfaces to the same IP-Net, since that’s going to cause problems, unless you have a switch in front of it that can do LACP
