Same problem as me. secure connections no longer work. After changing psw of my account.

Fixed the problem by signing out on the server. Stopping the server. Renaming Preferences.xml to Preferences.xml.bak Started the server. Reconfigured Plex Server.

No, after the initial config, just some settings had to be reconfigured, like Network settings During the initial config, all the libraries were just showing up and already selected.

I did a test on a secondary server, it seems to work :slight_smile: only it is as if it were a new server and therefore I have to reconfigure the libraries of all my users … it’s not the best.

Thanks @capino , that did work for me. Had to reconfigure server settings, remove the previous server in authorized devices and re-pin libraries for all clients but all is well now.
