Since the hack and request to change my password and reconnect my server, i have not been able to consistently connect remotely, it comes online for a little time and then disconnects, i have had plex running for a long time without issues then this hack and password change has stated to cause me issues. I have checked firewall disabled and let through the plex app again and have the port forwarding working correctly, it still continues to disconnect.
Does anybody from Plex have a response to why since changing my password, friends can no longer connect to my server, this is frustrating. Please advise what is going on since the hack.

After changing my password and changing my email address after the August 24 leak, I uninstalled plex completely and did a new instalation. When I launch PlexMediaServeur (PMS) this is the message I get after 2 to 3 minutes: “A problem has been detected in a component at the heart of the Plex media server.”
So I no longer have access to PMS and I can’t create a new library since I deleted the one before the site problem.
Someone help me a little, thanks in advance .
After many sign outs and sign on’s i resolved the issue by reclaiming the server, now my issues have returned and i have not been using the bloody thing, it is really frustrating and i wish we could actually contact someone from the company so they could look at the issue from there end then maybe more of us will upgrade to the paid version, i am getting sick of having this thing go down for now reason on my end. Anyway enough of my rant, just want to get back online.
