Hi, I have a WD My Cloud Home Device, Plex works fine on all devices on my local network, but I cannot get it to work on my iphone when outside my local wifi, It accesses the library and displays the movies, then when they are selected it looks like it is going to start, (orange circle just keeps spinning like it is buffering) no matter how long you hang on, movie just will not start, tried disabling Norton Firewall AV, and fiddling about with various settings but still no luck, If I go to The My Cloud Home App I can access and play the same movies through that with no problems, but just cannot do it through Plex, anyone please point me in the right direction.

Same problem. Cannot stream video over cellular.
