remote access stoped working about 2 weeks ago. I’ve reinstalled, updated, checked IP settings but still nothing? Please help its driving me nuts!
What’s the details of your Plex setup, media stored and internet connection? Also do you have static ip and port forwarding setup?

Remote access suddenly stopped working after subscribing to Plex Pass, 3-4 weeks ago. Since then, I have followed ALL the TS steps suggested at the Plex support websites and nothing works.
I’m currently using an Nvidia Shield TV Pro as the server.

I noticed that it says no remote access but I’m able to access it remotely now? weird.
Media on share NAZ - internet 400 down 20 up. IP reserved in router. Tried static and forward. says no remote access but I was able to access it remotely. not sure the issue.
Server on the NAS? Check port forward rule here.
what port should be opened? I know 80 is a common port. Should this be opened?
