No response from server

Hello,

 

Can anybody tell me what this means? :/

I am trying to connect to a pc media server using atv and plex connect.

the server is up and running, so it's definitely not the media server.

My guess: PMS requires authentication (eg. Plex Home), but it's not published/you are not signed into myPlex.

I am already logged onto pms with myplex authentication.
