I definitely just paid for your mobile app, your subscription, and now i can't even access this on my box (which was the whole reason I paid money for this.)
This is pissing me off nice and good, and I really hope I get an answer, stat.

Definitely downloaded everything that is most recent and I'm being absolutely jacked by you guys.
Can't get on my xbox one with your app that I have paid money for.
Ok I fixed the issue. Here's what I did tonight and my Xbox One is now connected, finally!
On my computer (where my media server is):
- Ensured I had the most up-to-date version of the Plex server on my computer. In this case it is 9.11.7
- Signed into Plex on my computer. Launched the server (LAUNCH top right).
- Went to Settings->server->show advanced. At the bottom there is a box for "Update Channel" and I selected "Plex Pass" instead of "stable".
- Ensured my library was showing up on my computer. All is good.
On the Xbox One:
- From being on, I held down the power button until it turned off. (Hard power down).
- Reset my router (unplugged it, waited for a few seconds, re-plugged it in, let it power up and connect. Re-connected my computer). This is a step I found in another thread, and I think it made the difference).
- Turned on my Xbox One. Went to the Plex app and it finally recognized my computer.... FINALLYYYYY
The other solution is to click the retry for scanning for a plex server. Then arrow over to the server box in the top right corner and select your Server.
