No visualization in Linux?

Hi

I’m running Gnome 3.30 on Manjaro Linux with an AMD 570 graphics card. None of the visualizations seem to work.

I don’t receive an error, just nothing shows up. Anyone else have this issue? Got the same result with built in Intel graphics.

Arch linux, plasma. No problem so far. I should try with intel integrated, but with nvidia gives no problem.

they just release manjaro 18 with the cinnamon desktop. you could try plex on the live media and see what you get, of course depending on how much free space you have leftover after creating your live media. i say this cause i’m running mint 19 cinnamon and having no issues with plex at all. specs.

AMD FX 6300, Asus 970 Gaming/Aura, Samsung 120 Gig 850 EVO, 16 Gig DDR3,
USB 3.0 Card, AOC 29" Ultra Wide At 2560x1080.
SATA 500 & 500 Gig Hitachi drives, USB 3.0 1 TB WD & 2 TB Seagate Expansion

Finally figured it out:
plexamp-1.1.0-x86_64.AppImage --ignore-gpu-blacklist --enable-gpu-rasterization --enable-zero-copy

With these flags specified, I can run Plexamp with full visualizations, so happy!

Goonbridge, This worked for me also on Linux Mint 18, thank you.
