Not able to match specific (adult) films from TheMovieDB

Server Version#: 1.24.5.5173
Player Version#: 4.70.0

I’m not able to find where the logs would be for this problem. I cleared them all out, and the Plugin Caches, then retried the issue and found nothing remotely close in the few logs it generated, and no Caches rebuilt.

Issue:

Lets say my file is:
H:\Multimedia\Adult Films\Threesome Fantasies 6 (2019) {tmdb-630512}\Threesome Fantasies 6 (2019) {tmdb-630512}.mkv (I’ve also tried without the {tmdb} tag in both places)

Plex doesn’t match it automatically, so I go to manually Match it, but a whole bunch of them come up, but not #6, so I can’t manually match it. If I do a manual search on the Match page, no matter what I put in, I can’t get it to find it.

If I Manually search for “tmdb-630512”, No Matches Found. If I search for “tmdb-680”, Pulp Fiction comes up, which shows the search is working. I’m able to search for “tmdb-725066” the correct adult film shows up, showing it’s not an adult-only issue.

Anything I can do to match this media? Same with tmdb-640061 and tmdb-687773, can’t find either.

Is this activated in the properties of your library?

Yep!

The entire library is only Adult Films and all the other ones work as well, except these 3.

These are not relevant, if your library is using the new “Plex Movie” [not “(Legacy)”] agent.

Have you tried the Plex Dance?

I have filed an internal ticket, the examples you provided are not in our database for some reason, it will have to be investigated.

Just an update. I was able to match tmdb-630512 and tmdb-640061. But not tmdb-687773, still unmatchable.
