Hi there, Plex working so far so good…
But still, in my Plex Client APP (Nvidia Shield Pro) there is no resume button…
So every single Movie/TV-Show plays from Start, not from there Point where my Ipad/PC Stopped.
Server is Synology NAS DSM 7.0 (Latest version);
Dunno why i can’t start resuming my videos on that Android device.
at computer/ipad/iphone everywhere working fine with resume movie, only nvidia Shield Pro does not work.

Moving to Android TV as this is a Nvidia Shield player problem
Might be good to start with pulling the Shield’s playback logs , in conjunction with the corresponding server logs in order to determine what’s going sideways
There is only No Resume Button to Play Movies/TV-Show or what else.
Example::: All my Devices (Ipad/Iphone/Computer/Nvidia Shield(Client Only))
Iphone starting a Movie up to 30Mins.
Going to my Ipad, i can Resume the Movie from 30Mins… NO PROB
Going to my Computer, i can resume the Movie from 30Mins… NO PROB
from NVIDIA shield, i can see, that the Movie is watched 30Mins… But i can’t Resume, there is no Resume-Button @Nvidia Shield…
Just the whole Button for Resuming movies is Missing…
and that only @nvidia Shield pro (client, not server)
Server is still the Synology DSM 7.0
so there is no log available… i can upload a Screenshot
You can only start the Movies from Start, cause Nvidia not resume the movie.

Still @nvidia Shiel Pro (Plex Client) there is no continue Button.
You See all Movies if they started from Ipad/Iphone/Computer … that the movies are started…
but you can’t continue the movies.
if you start the movie from nvidia shield - plex saving the stopping time and you can continue from ipad/iphone or computer…
but only the nivida shield pro as plex client can’t continue movies/series…
starting always from beginning …
