Not able to see thumbnails

I just setup my Plex server on an Rpi4 4GB. Added in the library and has files that were put in there by Sonarr. It is form my understanding that Sonarr should already have the correct file naming convention to allow Plex to retreive the needed metadata. For some reason the only thing I see is

I have each series in its own folder named the title of the series. From there it is broken out into the seasons. Here is what the file names look like in my Moonshiners folder

Something odd has just taken place. Out of the blue I am now getting some of the thumbnail images but still not all of them. I have made no changes to anything.
