Server not available outside network - using port 0

I have a previously working (ie. no updates or changes to server hardware or config, or to network) plex server on ubuntu that is now showing not available outside network. its showing port 0 which doesn’t seem right. any ideas? screenshot below–

Looks like something weird is going on with your router’s UPnP.
Can you try assigning a manual port forward on your router (and updating the Plex remote access configuration accordingly)?
