I have tried with and without manual port. The manual port works for a few seconds and then back to Not Available…
I’m on a Mac with a bit of a convoluted system. Mac connected to a Time Capsule which is in Bridge Mode, connected to an AirPort Express (need that to get cell phone signal in very rural area)
canyouseeme.org does not see the port
as far as I know I have no firewall set up.
Any clues?

I am also having this exact issue. My port is visible. I have not changed any settings. I did have to delete and reinstall the plex server as I was getting locked out of my account for failed login attempts, which started happening all of sudden a few days ago. Everything was working correctly with the exact same settings
