Not given the option to create a new server

I’ve installed the Plex Media Server app on my asustor NAS. I did this awile ago, but then removed the install. Now when I re-install it I’m not given the option to identify it as a new server. I login, then I’m told I’m not authorized for the serve.

I’ve SSH’d in and deleted everything Plex, but there is no change.

When the web app lets me it it shows me data from my primary plex install, but not the one that I’m talking to by IP address.

How do I get this server to be its own server and not some useless proxy to a different server?

Do you still see the Plex Media Server in your Asustor Apps Central? When you’re accessing your Asustor, are you on the same network as the Asustor NAS?
