Not receiving Plex newsletters

Hello, when I created my account years ago I opted out of the newsletter. However, close to the end of last year I went in and opted back into the newsletter through the account settings. I’ve checked to make sure I’m subscribed and I’ve been checking my spam folder on a regular basis too. It’s been over six months and I haven’t received a single newsletter. Please advise. Thank you.

Could you go to your account settings and toggle the newsletter Off and back ON?

This is supposed to kickstart it again.

I recall doing that once before but just in case I just cycled it off and on again. Any idea when the next newsletter comes out so I can see if I’m receiving them?

I did toggle the newsletter off and back on since the last reply and still have not received any newsletters. I did create a secondary plex account using another email address and have since received at least 3 newsletters on that account. Is there someone I can contact to try to resolve this issue?
