Created this account because my original account seems to be locked/disappeared…
Was trying to link two accounts and i think i botched it. because i went to log in on the main account and it says password/username doesnt exist?
So i ask for a password reset and no email shows. added noreply@plex.tv and @plex.tv to safe list and everything.
Can a plex moderator/ninja look to see if the account got deactivated?

I have a friend user that can’t login, they have tried to reset password link multiple times but never gets the email. Is there any other way to reset the password? The users email address is k7peterson@aol.com? Can you reset it and then email the new password or email me?

This user has previously marked messages from plex as SPAM. Thus it was put onto a ‘Don’t send’ list.
The address has been removed from the list again.
