I have subscribed to Newsletters in Settings > Account. Every time a new newsletter gets sent out my Plex account shows that I am not subscribed to newsletters. I click on subscribe again and then it happens again when the next newsletter comes out. I have never gotten a newsletter email since I purchased a Lifetime Plex Pass a few months ago and am not sure hot to get this fixed. I lost out on getting a promo code for the WD Nas deal back in June. This is very frustrating. My friend lets me know when a new newsletter comes out so I check my email and it never arrives. I check my account settings again and it shows that I am not subscribed.
Any idea on how to fix this?
