Not Receiving Reset Password Email

Hello,

I am trying to reset my password but I am not receiving the reset password email in my inbox. I have checked my spam, I am checking the correct inbox, and I am receiving other Plex emails.

Any idea on what to do?

Im having this same issue…

They are probably getting hammered with resets due to the data breach. I eventually got my email but it took 30 mins instead of the 15 mins they mention.

Me it is the verification email that I don’t receive. I want to activate 2 factor but I need my email to be verified before.

OK i got it now , took more time than expected. Their servers must be overflooding with requests

It’s definitely running a hot minute behind. Took mine over 10 minutes to arrive.

I didn’t get an email either. I’ve been waiting a good 12 hours for it to arrive now… :frowning:

same here. its now 24hours for me.

I’ve the same problem.
I actually have two accounts. One main with life time pass and one secondary free. For the secondary I have received the email but for the main one I do not receive any email.

EDIT:
I solved the password change problem by following these instructions:
" If you have trouble receiving the reset email, but are still logged in to the web browser app you can manually change the password through your Account page (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account ) directly"
