Not Seeing HDHomeRun Devices After QNAP NAS Firmware Update

Server Version#:QNAP NAS TS-1277, Firmware version: QTS 5.1.0.2444
Player Version#:Plex Media Server 1.32.5

After installing firmware version QTS 5.1.0.2444 and rebooting the QNAP NAS, my Plex Media Server is no longer able to find either of the HDHomeRun tuners I have connected to my network.

When I go to my Plex setup, and into ‘Live TV & DVR’, not devices are displayed. When I click on ‘Set Up Plex DVR’ the Tuner Setup window reports ‘We couldn’t find any hardware we recognize’. If I try to enter the IP address for one of the tuners, I get a ‘There is a problem adding the device: 192.168.1.225’ error.

If I open the HD (HDHomeRun) app of Windows or the Fire TV, it finds the tuners with no problem so suspect it is a QNAP NAS problem (already opened a ticket with them).

Sorry, but I’m not a QNAP expert so if anyone out there is knowledgeable in QNAP NAS’s, and has any suggestions, I’d appreciate the help. FYI, I also run Channels DVR on the same NAS and it can’t see the tuners either.

UPDATE:
Thanks for everyone’s suggestions and help but, after working with QNAP support, they had me disable port trunking and disable the Service Binding. Once I did that and rebooted the NAS (to get a clean boot), the NAS was able to see all of the devices on my network.

Tech thinks that when the new firmware was installed, it was having a problem with setting up the virtual adapter with port trunking and service binding enabled (recommendation in the past by QNAP, and was working prior to the new firmware).
