Nothing loads when casting from the Plex Android app to Chromecast Ultra

Hello. I have a NAS QNAP TS-231P2 server with Plex version 1.21.3.4046 installed, but for 3 months I am having trouble casting a “simple photo” from my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone with Android 11 and using the Plex application version 8.13.0.22986 for my Chromecast Ultra version 1.50.230474. I cast to it, but Plex “try to loading” the photo until the moment it displays a message saying “something went wrong”. In my network I have 3 Chromecast Ultra and in all of them, I am not able to display anything at all, because the error that occurs is always the same. My internet is 400Mbit/s Download and 200Mbit/s Upload. I emphasize that I don’t have this problem using the YouTube app on the phone. Another important detail is that I can open my photos, shows and movies through the Plex application on my Samsung TV’s. It works perfectly! In my network I have 3 Mesh TP-Link Deco M5 routers scattered around the apartment and until today, I have not had any WiFi signal problems. In the Plex application, I tried to decrease/increase the transmission quality, I checked that the TV’s and phones are in the list of allowed devices and I’m not using VPN on my router or NAS QNAP server. In addition, the memory usage on my server is very low. Attached is my log and I would be grateful if anyone could help me.

does the photo load fine on the android app itself without casting?

Thanks for helping. Yes, it opens very fast.

Can you please disable Verbose logging and reproduce again. it adds too much stuff to logs that is only useful for certain situations.

I am also curious if only issue when casting from android app. can you cast it from the web app in chrome browser?

Good Morning. I disabled the option you mentioned. After that, I deleted the logs and recreated them. There was really a lot of information in the file that I initially sent. I tried to connect again and now, Plex has generated new files. They are “Plex Media Server”, “Plex Tuner Service”, “Plex Media Scanner”, “Plex Media Scanner Deep Analysis” and “Plex Crash Uploader”. Which one do you need to analyze?

the Plex Media Server.log one. also the logs from the android app you are casting from if possible.

Sorry for the delay. I read the tutorial you sent, but I managed to extract the log from my android phone, using the “adb” command from Google’s “platform-tools” package. The problem is that the file is large (65mb) and I am not able to upload it.

I managed to locate the entries with the name Plex, within the marking between the crash happens, until the system starts. Existed in other applications with log problem and then I decided to filter the file does not get too big. If any details are missing, please tell me.
