Now unable to play downloaded/synced music when offline browsing

New to posting here.
Problem started yesterday - Was not an issue in the past.
Using Plex 7.18.1.11300 (f2dba368) on my Note 8.
Have reviewed online forums, but don’t see a posted solution.
Happy to provide logs directly to a Plex Team Member.
