NVIDIA SHIELD 2017 Lord of the Rings / Hobbit UHD blu-ray MKV Plex Crashes a Few Minutes In

Using NVIDIA SHIELD as the media server and player. While I haven’t explicitly checked, they should be direct playing. Movies are .MKV files.

I’ve tried 3 of the 6 movies, and all play fine initially, then suddenly stop with the Plex app crashing and then restarting.

Any help is appreciated.
