The fix is in process so it may be better waiting for this to be released which should be over the next day or two hopefully.

Good to know. I was not aware of how long it would take. I am not shure if I will update as I have spent a lot of hours resolving this.

Im having the same problem, everything added to my server earlier this week works fine and plays, but everything added since yesterday wont play, and it seems like here are no playback settings at all.
Just updated pms and all working fine now

They pushed an update to the Play Store to fix it, so you can check for an update to the server app. I installed it and it is working for me. Here is the thread that the Plex employees posted in. Core component problem, I can't add libraries, any help appreciated

I havenāt changed anything or installed an older version yet. Have waited a while and see that the problem is solved. I can again add a library in pms on a Shield. YEAH
