I am writing in need of official support. I have been trying to record all new episodes of LivePD on A&E for weeks now and the recording either fails immediately or it only records a portion and then fails. Last night it failed again. I tried to watch the program from the guide as it was still airing and plex would not open the channel. It said ‘tuning channel’ and then went right back to the program information page. Pressing ‘watch’ again didn’t even show the the ‘tuning channel’ display.

I would really like this resolved as we do enjoy this program and it is at the top of our priority list. I have paid the full $120 for Lifetime Plex Pass so some form of support would be most appreciated.
That’s very disappointing. How can extend them for when it happens again Friday? The logs don’t even capture 24 hours? I captured the logs about 13 hours later
Are you recording off of cable or over the air ?
I had an issue a few months back, where my morning news recording would come out all garbled or not at all, for a week. Turned out my antenna amplifier’s power cord had been unplugged by the vacuum cleaner.
You can use a hidden advanced setting to increase the number of log files - the field is LogNumFiles and you could set it to 30 for example - can reduce the number later if need be
