P.S. update that came out today is back to the video freezing for a few seconds when you reopen the app.
New update…same offline mode issue. I get this screen until I get a data signal then my content shows back up.
So, I find issues pretty good with apps. I have a knack for some reason… so I have been doing the beta with Plex for a while. But the SAME issue I will report ten times and ten updates later it is still there. Am I suppose to report these issues in another manner than the forum for the beta?

New update, the scrolling is messed up and the sync button within tv series and movies. Where am I to report all of this for beta???
Just got off a 14 hour flight where I had multiple pieces of media synced to my device. As the plane goes wheels up I turn airplane mode on and BOOM all of my synced content disappears and is no longer accessible or search able.

That’s because you had no signal. The app is back to not letting you see your synced content until you have a data signal, which defeats the hole purpose of that feature. And Offline Content is one of Plex’s MAJOR features. Wish I knew where we could report this that someone sees it to fix it

I’m glad you ask us to test beta to help with the issues, and the same issue lingers with ZERO acknowledgement. Why do you do beta testing???
Another Beta Update and the same issues are being ignored. Can someone at least acknowledge they are hearing us or are we wasting our time?
Now, if you scroll super fast to the bottom of your sync list, the items are not selectable. I’d love to report this but apparently this isn’t the place to do it and no one is going to tell us where to report Beta issues
Here as well. Sometimes it works fine. More often it’s not. DEVS please fix it
