I use a Nvidia Shield for a media player in my family minivan. It would be very convenient to have the Download option enabled for the Plex player so I can download content so it could be watched offline while we’re on the road. Others have suggested this as a way to view content with poor internet connectivity as well.
The ability to Download is not something that is being considered for Android TV. Closing this so you get your vote back.
