Offline (Ghost) shared server ("PM PLEX") stuck in my sidebar — Leave Server does nothing

Hi Plex team,

A friend previously shared a server called “PM PLEX” with my account (username: herc916). That server is now offline/dead, but it’s stuck in my server switcher / sidebar and won’t go away.

I’ve tried the normal removal: Settings → Manage Library Access → [the friend] → PM PLEX → Edit → Leave Server. I click through the “Are you sure you want to leave this shared server?” confirmation, but because the server is offline the action never actually completes — after refreshing the page, PM PLEX is still listed under “You have access to.”

Could a staff member please force-remove this defunct shared servers from my account?

In the past, this issue could only be resolved on the Plex support but there is no longer anyway to submit a ticket that I can find.

Do you use the mobile app? Do those libraries appear as favorites? if so long press on Libraries at the bottom so all the favorites appear. On the right of each favorite library there is a menu ( three vertical dots) in that menu choose remove from favorites for those libraries.
