Old Plex Server finds TV shows fine, New server doesn't

Moving servers, instead of moving the library I figured I’d just start from scratch. Both servers currently working. All media on a NAS, not local to either server.

Old server is scanning the TV folders and finding everything just fine.
New server thinks there’s nothing there.

Obviously the files are correctly named otherwise the old server wouldn’t see them.
I’m befuddled, and googling shows the main issue is badly named files which isn’t my issue.

Old server is on DVR beta#2, new one is DVR beta #3 otherwise they’re identical.

Any ideas?

I should also add that my content is:

M:\TV
M:\Movies<genre>

You’ve got the agents for the libraries configured the same and in the same order on both servers? That’s the only other thing I can recall that can affect metadata.

Yep. But I just realized the problem is far bigger :

Old Server picks up all libraries just fine.
New Server picked up the first of 9 movie libraries (separated by genre), but the other 8 are blank. Just like TV.

That is really strange as they’re all under M:\Movies. Can’t be a permissions thing as the one library works just fine. I set the new server up last night so it had plenty of time to search, and even a manual update immediately finishes.

Clearly something about my new setup is off, but i’ll be damned if I know what it is. I should go walk my dog, maybe it’ll come to me.

Never mind guys, a reboot resulted in the complete loss of all libraries. I have a different problem, will see if its PBKAC first, then create another thread.
