I have a plex pass and my server is running v 1.15.4.994. Whenever a user clicks to search for on demand subtitles, it says “Unable to load subtitles”.
My server is running on an unraid docker if that helps.

It should now work again.
Now it won’t download any of them, but I can search now.
I was able to download some earlier after you responded but now it fails.
Maybe you have hit the maximum limit?
Wait a few hours and try again.
It appears that now subtitles can be downloaded again.
Hello. In my case, it is only working when downloading subtitles in english. Other languages give no results.
I have just downloaded a german subtitle. Have you checked if there actually is a subtitle available at opensubtitles.org in your language?
Yes. It’ a movie from which I already had a subtitle downloaded before using the same method (Portuguese subtitle for Transporter 2)
How many subtitles did you download in the last 8 hours? You might have hit a limit.
0… That’s my point
I thought you had successfully downloaded subtitles in english?
Only one, right now (at the time of my previous post)
Mine seems to be working again as of yesterday afternoon, I didn’t do anything.
I’ll report back if it stops again.
Still not working… can anyone check this?
bump…same issue here. search returns results just fine but never actually downloads any. from Samsung tv app
At least some users are receiving search queries. Mine shows up as “No results.” Even if I manually type it in.
This is on server Version 1.16.1.1291 via Docker.
Still cannot get any search results. I am logged into opensubtitles inside Plex too…
