One movie isn’t recognized

My issue is that out of all my movies I’m streaming only one isn’t recognized so I’m unable to play/stream that movie. It’s in the proper folder, and it had been recognized in the past but now, it’s not. I’ve restarted my pc and the apps many times but still not recognized. Anything you all may know of to get everything recognized?

First I’d verify the movie naming follows Plex naming conventions.

Also, check the metadata if it is MP4 file. If all checks out ok then remove it from your library.

Empty the trash for that library and clean bundles. Optimize database.

Then add the movie back in and see if it picks it up.
