Plex Movie agent down?

Howdy all…anyone else having issues with Plex movie agent?

Previously recognized movies from this year are not being recognized as I was doing some manual folder consolidation. Even why I try manual match. Tried adding a popular 2023 movie I never had in my library and also not recognized.

I’ve tried the plex dance, reinstalled latest PMS server…same behavior…kind of stumped. Naming is correct, been using PMS for 10yrs.

Can you post your server logs and the movie name? Even though you say its not a naming issue, I am going to bet it probably is or a folder structure issue.

Many thanks for the reply…I noticed that the plex server updater was giving me a "something wrong, install manually " msg…so i decided to reboot the entire box and matching and the updated are fine now. Will mark this as solved.
