Movie not recognized in library (no naming problem)

OS: Window Server 2012

Hi

I have this issue:

When movie is in library “Science fiction” (with other 150+ movies) is not recognized, and this is imporrtant:

If I create a new Library only containing that movie in folder then it’s shown.

this problem occurs in other libraries, in some cases the amount of not recongizes movies is more than 60%.

The name of file is according with name conventions

Some ideas?

It is probably being matched but just as something else.
What is exactly how you have it named and if it is mp4 or mkv could it have embedded metadata? Move your “local assets” agent below everything else in your movie agent settings.

The file name is:

Flash Gordon (1980).mkv

“Local Assets” agent is already below, I dont know if file has metadata embedded

I will try a new clean OS installation and new Plex server installation too, may be that could be fix the problem.

I can’t think of anything else
