Only 1 sub-subfolder showing up

I’ve got the entire .Hack// series in my /Anime subfolder. So /Anime/_hack_/_hack_Sign /Anime/_hack_/_hack_Roots, same for hack Lumi and hack Legend. BUT only .Hack//Sign is showing up. If I move .Hack//Roots to /Anime (/Anime/_hack_roots) it shows up.
Any idea why it’s happening like this?

TMDB and TVDB carry .hack as one show with multiple seasons (sign, roots, etc.

Name and organize accordingly. Also, no underscore to replace a dot, slash, etc.

You may need to Plex Dance the series after renaming, to remove incorrect matching from the Plex database.

/tv
  /hack (2002)
    /Season 01 [SIGN]
      /hack (2002) s01e01.ext
/Season 02 [Legend of the Twilight]
      /hack (2002) s02e01.ext

To be clear, Plex does not support subfolders for tv shows. If you want to organize multiple shows this way, Plex won’t see them.

Here is how it worked on my server. Be sure to set Episode Ordering to “TheTVDB (Aired)”.
Season 1 is //Sign
Season 2 is //Legend of the Twilight
Season 3 is //Roots
Specials season holds all other episodes .hack - TheTVDB.com
