Only one subtitle downloaded and the "more" option is not available

Hello! I’ve got my plex up and running and I am trying to get the automatic subtitles working. For whatever reason only one subtitle is downloading per file and the “More…:” option is not available to download additional subtitles. Also I did not get a choice on the first one to download. (there are two in the image because I already had the subtitle for this one)

Anyone know why this is/how I can get the “More…” option inside of subtitles?

Oh I see. I wish it would state this in the GUI somewhere. Anyways thank you for the answer.
