Opensubtitles

Hi,

I’ve configured the TV shows and movies agents to use opensubtitles.
My subtitle settings are also done.
However, I don’t see the subtitles for a new downloaded TV show in its folder.
Shall I have to do some extra step to download ?
is it not automated ?

@ilkeraktuna@gmail.com the subtitles will be downloaded if are available for that movie and tv show, i am not sure what is the algorithm on how subtitles are downloaded but sometimes you see sometimes not

Disable the opensubtitles plugin and switch to SubZero

actually I noticed something now. The subtitles are available when watching the show.
they are shown as ext but I don’t see them in the folder with the video file.
where are they ?

Subtitles from ‘Agents’ are usually downloaded and stored in the Plex data folder
(where it is very difficult to find them. You can use WebTools though to find and manage them.)

Try it, you’ll see.
Among other things, this agent can also store the downloaded subtitles beside your movie files.
Just where you expected them in the first place.
