Plex is deleting manually downloaded subtitles

Hi, I need help to fix Plex to work with manually downloaded subtitles. I have manually downloaded subtitles for a show that otherwise Plex is not getting subtitles for. Every time I try to refresh the data for the season, so I can watch it with the subtitles on my AppleTV, Plex is deleting all the subtitles from the season’s directory. Is what I’m trying to do possible? How can I get Plex to use the subtitles I’ve manually added to the directory and not delete them? I have tried adding ‘.en’, ‘…
