You are free to disagree, but the issue is, as stated, the Refresh feature does not do what users intuitively expect it to do, nor what the documentation says it will do. I listed over 20 bug reports demonstrating this.The Plex Dance is a data-destructive workaround, and therefore is insufficient. Cayars has succinctly described the correct way to fix this bug.
I hope Father Christmas is nice too you all, as there are many other requests on the Plex forums I believe are more needy.
