How do I re-sync?
I get to a screen on my Panasonic TV

Unfortunately the ‘Sign In’ option is not selectable.
The ‘Open Settings‘ option is selectable however when any settings are edited in there they are not retained and are wiped as soon as you exit Settings.
Have tried removing the tv from Authorised Devices on the server, but still the same issues.
Does anyone have a suggestion please to get past this Screen shown in the photo posted by thefats50_gmail_com ?

I’m no techie but have you tried uninstalling the app turning tv off at wall, removing tv from authorized devices, turn tv on install app, then link to server by signing into app?

Unfortunately even after uninstalling the Plex app on Panasonic Viera TV, restoring factory settings on TV and reinstalling Plex app I am presented with the same screen.
‘Sign In’ option is not selectable.
Did you remove the tv from the server as well? That should give you the same screen as my previous post. But without the blue error box.

Yes removing the TV from Authorised devices on the server was the first thing I tried.
Unfortunately that didn’t make any difference.
I don’t have the blue error box screen - the screen that many including me are presented with is the screen in the photo posted by thefats50_gmail_com

No luck with tv off and resetting the app. It loads, but can not connect to the server, so stuck at the screen as displayed by thefats50_gmail_com

I would check your secure connections settings on server first. Make sure tv is on same local subnet as server. DNS rebinding if enabled can cause (generally a router setting) can cause issues signing in as well.

I really do not understand. I am tech dumb. I have looked at all the connections in the webserver portal that opens up. there is no mention of DNS rebinding.
I have a modem/router and use wifi, the same band for tv and laptop.
I turn on tv, open apps, click on plex, it loads and that screen comes up. Can not go any further.
On a chromecast, it also does not connect to my server as well - same message, however, it does show the files when I go into movies and they will play.
It is really strange that it will not work.
I do not have remote access enabled. I believe this should all be the same network, so it should not be.
On my laptop network, it can see the tv and other items, it also has my computer listed under the media devices showing up as windows media player sharing.
I do not know what else I can tell you… hoping a solution is possible.
None of those buttons on screen do anything?
The app loads, but again that screen comes up.
Hit retry, it does retry and then returns
Hit home, it appears to reload and go through the process and that screen comes up
Hit Sign in, cursor just moves over to retry
Open Settings will open the various settings, but do not see anything that works

Sounds like we both are experiencing the exact same thing. So weird.
Have you restarted everything? Server computer, TV and router?
Chromecast does not have anything to do with the Panasonic app so sounds like issues is routed in something else.
I am assuming y’all can connect to your server via https://app.plex.tv fine in a browser correct?

Yes everything restarted and tried. I think I have exhausted the shut off and restart options on everything. I even uninstalled the plex media server and reinstalled it.
Yes, I can connect to the above noted link, no problem with that.

Thanks for the suggestions - yes have restarted server, tv and router a few times and still presented with same screen on Panasonic TV Plex app.
I can access the server fine via browsers at https://app.plex.tv/.
Issue appears to be specific to the Panasonic TV Plex app.
Can I ask where you guys are located or what ISP you have. Trying to think of what might be different for y’all.
