Panasonic can't sign in or connect to server

I am in Australia and believe I have a static IP address.

Is there anything that antivirus may be blocking?

Interesting you are both in Australia. Do you both have the same ISP?

I’m wondering if a general DNS issue which can cause this sorta thing. In your router settings generally they will be your ISPs DNS servers. I don’t know if you have access to change settings on your router but you could try changing it to Googles. Doing this is also a way to on some routers without a specific setting to disable the rebinding I was talking about before.

You might be able to change on the TV itself but usually folks change it on router so entire network can benefit from it. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns

I am on myrepublic. I will look into this. Just have to figure out the way to do it.

iiNet is my ISP.
I’ve tried changing the DNS settings on Router as suggested and rebooted everything with no change unfortunately.

Hmm. All three of you being in Australia must have something to do with it.

We have some Australian employees I want to ask if they know of any issues but they won’t be around til Monday.

I thought y’all said that changing those settings didn’t save when you left setting page.

You are correct they will not, I just wondered if something else there may be worth trying.

I’m having the exact same error in loading content right now on my Samsung TV as well. Funny thing it was working fine up to a couple of hrs ago. I don’t know if there’s a glitch. I tried restart pc and TV. Signed out and signed back in. Nothing. Thing is its playing perfectly on the pc so I don’t know why it’s not playing on the TV

Also in Australia and have been having issues for over the past 24 hours now with the Panasonic TV. However, as of 7/8 hours ago, I no longer have access to my VBOX DTR. I removed and now get an error when I try to reinstall it. Via my browser, I can open the Plex dashboard etc but it will not allow me into my movies or TV shows with an error message of :
There was an unexpected error loading this library

Thanks cpchannel, that’s probably my problem as I have an older Panasonic. Mind you the solution doesn’t help much as I don’t have a free hdmi socket to use a Firestick or Chromecast. I’ll have to see if I can move things around.
