Trying to reset my password and the email isn’t coming through.
I can check my email logs and for the specific account I am talking about nothing is being processed by the server that is coming from Plex.
The email for that account is plex (at) rotediablo (dot) com
I can provide additional details via PM to verify the account if need be.

You email box appears to have bounced one time too many, hence it wasn’t active anymore.
Try again now, but make sure your inbox is not over some kind of quota or such.

i have tried to reset my password. but recive no email to do so.

You have deleted this account. It is not possible to reset the password of a deleted account.
