Per Server Audio/Subtitle Language Settings?

When I go into setting and select one of the 2 servers I’m running, 1 local & 1 remote, and I set the language settings for say Auto select with subtitles, the setting gets applied to both servers.

I want different settings for each, which is why I didn’t make the change at plex.tv in the global app settings menu.

How can I make these setting apply to only a specific server? (As would be implied by going to settings and having that servers name on the left hand side above the various settings submenus.

You can’t. The server settings and the plex.tv settings are the same thing, just shown differently. They are both global settings per user. As the admin you can set those in PMS, but for users that don’t have their own PMS, the plex.tv version was added so they can set these.
