I updated my seagate personal server, the Desktop app sees the sever and connects fine, But the roku app see the server but says it’s unauthorized on media status. If i goto more on main menu than personal cloud it tells me to sign in which I do and it gives me a code to link, go to computer put in link code, computer tells me device is now linked and roku exits back to login where I put my 4 digit code in, but nothing changes ,still tells me to login if I go to personal cloud and still says unauthorized in Media status. Please help ! having no tech support from plex or roku on this matter SUCKS !
