PGS Subtitles Not Downloading in iOS App

Hey, so PGS subtitles Direct Play just fine on my iPad but they appear to not be downloaded when I download movies and shows for offline viewing.

Is this a bug or is it expected behavior? If it’s a bug, is there a timeline on when it might be fixed? And if it’s expected behavior, is there a workaround other than re-encoding each episode and movie to burn in the subtitles + storing those duplicated video files indefinitely?

PGS subtitles can and should be included when Downloaded. They are for me. Are you sure they didn’t get burned into the video. In that case, it will not download the PGS.

Yes, I’m sure they weren’t burned in.

Do you have multiple versions of that movie? There is an issue when multiple versions are involved.
