Hi I’m having exactly the same problem with my Sony Bravia TV, see my post in this thread. [BUG] Plex Photos Android TV beta - Video Orientation Issue
Seems to be an Android TV issue as it’s across multiple TV brands and as I say in the other thread it persists even when I use othe media players like the native app and VLC, so not caused by Plex but it would be great if you could fix it!
