Playback error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna

Let me start by saying I haven’t had this problem and am not an expert on this topic, but I have seen a lot of posts with this complaint since the switch to the new EPG. The resolution that is working for some is to delete their DVR and then re-add it. Proceed at your own risk - this process also has been a problem for some.
