I’m about to lose my mind here…
I just tried to play the media in my plex and this is the error I get. Which is the same as when I started this mess and caused me to mess with it in the first place…AHHHH!
I was randomly having issues even getting to the files from Windows because it was asking for passwords and usernames but never accepting them. I spent days going back and forth with QNAP and finally did a teamviewer session - during that they “fixed” the issue of connecting through windows explorer but then this was happening. I deleted the device from PMS settings and that’s when I came here for support because I couldn’t get it back.
At this point, I’m not afraid to blow the whole thing and start over if that would make all of this crap go away…fyi.
So, in simple/quickest remedy terms, I just need to move the media to a separate folder…
Strange part is…I’ve had it like it is for almost 2 years…never had any issues…of course, I never read the FAQ either lol!
