Playback failed using kodi add on for xbox on local network., cannot watch anything

I recently got a new computer and fresh installed a new server and removed the old one but when i go to watch content on the xbox one kodi add on, everything says playback failed, i rescanned everything back in and created new libraries. . logs attached.
